Specialist Lawyer in Civil Law since 2026, Chiara Paris carries out judicial and extrajudicial activities in the fields of civil law, contract law, commercial and corporate law, as well as business crisis and insolvency law. In 2025, she obtained a PhD in Business & Law.

• PhD in Business & Law (37th cycle - IUS/01) at the University of Bergamo, with a thesis entitled “The Management of Supervening Events in Long-Term Contracts and Contract Renegotiation” (2025).
• Admitted to the Bergamo Bar Association since January 2025
• Fixed-term Research Fellow in the field of Biobanks, as part of a research project carried out in collaboration with the Mario Negri Research Institute (2020-2021)
